The deluxe plant I ordered was incredibly tiny for the price. I was supposed to be called upon delivery for the surprise but they called the surprisee instead. They also didn't deliver until after 2pm which was disappointing as we work 8-5. I'd have liked them delivered earlier. I'll find somewhere else to order from next time.

Quick and easy
Delivery was prompt. The arrangement does not look like the photo I chose. The typed out memo was wrong and that makes me upset. Instead of it reading Happy Birthday Mom, it said Happy Birthday morn and spelled my husbands name wrong.
Just don't know why there was a charge for expedited service. Took off. Didn't explain.
Great quality flowers and always on time with delivery
Unfortunately the picture of the flowers that got sent to my friend was not like the picture on the website that I ordered. It had hydrangea instead of white lilies (which my friend loves and partly why I ordered this bouquet). Also there was not a lot of blue in the actual delivery. For $50 spent, I would expect these things to be the same. The delivery and process of ordering was easy however.
Not enough space for all family names -- bummer
I ordered peach colored flowers -- the bouquet is lovely but DEFINITELY PINK -- how did that happen? If peach wasn't available why wasn't I notified and given the option of an available color?
Also there was no florist name or contact number on the delivery -- my cell is *******025-- I would appreciate a call from someone in your organization. I didn't get what I ordered and paid for.
A bit difficult to go back and make changes. The flowers delivered were somewhat wilted and dry today 3-9-18. Unsure when delivered to the funeral chapel!

I don't which florist you used in the Kingwood TX area for this order but the basket of flowers were small instead of the medium size as I ordered. Overall it looked nice, just very small.
