The flowers were beautiful and delivered on time, however, the $14.99 service charge was not shown on the total price at checkout. I only saw the service charge after paying and getting my receipt.
Ordered sunshine and tulips. Got no tulips... 2 irises instead, with 2 white Ferber daisies that looked like they were beginning to wilt. The vase was an upgrade, but I ordered the premium arrangement and feel like I didn't come close to getting what I paid for.

The flowers were wilted. Not the deluxe size I ordered. Over priced for the kind,and quality of flowers. I will not order from this company again. I want a refund. Box was dumped in my yard...I'm totally disgusted with these flowers. I could have went to the grocery store and got a better boquet...refund my money now!
It was easy to navigate the website, but the flowers I wouldn't say the flowers are what I expected. I figured it would be a fuller bouquet, and I upgraded to the deluxe. I'm not sure the upgrade was worth the money.

During my first experience, the delivery didn't include a balloon that I ordered but I wanted to give you guys and second chance to see if you would do a better job but to my dismay you have disappointed me once again. I have ordered delux bouquet, but they don't look anything like delux bouquet and look completely different than ones on the picture. I have ordered flowers from them in the past, but never thought about checking how the flowers really look like until today, when my uncle sent me a picture and I was in shock I paid $65 for this. $12 flowers from Whole Foods look WAY much better. This is a complete scam. Check out the picture that is attached. If this is what we can expect for Delux bouquet of flowers, I wonder what we can expect for a regular size bouquet...
For the price I paid, I am very disappointed with what I received. Dry, wilted flowers, small, and mostly green fill-in. It was supposed to be a beautiful birthday surprise for my mother, but it was embarrassing to put on display. I waited the recommended 10 minutes for the flowers to perk up, but after 3 hours they are still drooping and lifeless. I would like a refund of my $64.96

I ordered a blue white and yellow arrangement for my grandfathers funeral to represent the Nicaraguan flag. The the flowers were supposed to be blue, they were purple! The roses were supposed to be yellow, they were red! And the Lily's were supposed to be white, they were pink! It was beautiful but completely not what I ordered! I was highly upset! They came really fast, which was great! But not what I ordered. Probably wouldn't order again!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
