The arrangement didn't look anything like I ordered. The arrangement ordered was very colorful. The arrangement delivered was an off shade of pink with green carnations and a yellow container. It looked horrible!

1)You should be honest with shipping costs on the front page of your website instead of when it is time to place the order. 2) You should have more options, as far as, flower cakes go. 3) If you are offering $10 off, then give $10 off the deal on the flowers that you are showing on the website, not $10 off the full price of the flowers. The total price of the flowers, shipping, and service fee with a discount was still outrageous. It costs the exact same without discounts on other websites so I will be using those instead from now on. Most of them are upfront with pricing. I chose a $39.99 flower thing but ended up paying $60. The bouquet did not come as it looked on the site. It did not even look like a cake. Only follow-up if you are willing to return some of my money, otherwise, don't waste our time.

Placed a same day delivery online at 6:00am. Paid extra for guaranteed delivery by 12 noon.
At 1:00pm no delivery. I called and customer service said local florist only has one driver the flowers will be delivered by 5:00pm. At 6:16pm I called customer service again as there were no deliveries; however I received an email that stated the flowers were delivered. I have been at home where the delivery is scheduled since 11:00am and no one called or came by. When I was speaking with customer service the second time I asked to speak with a supervisor and they hung up on me! Again, I called back and was told the flowers were delivered, so I had to go over this situation for a third time. I asked for a refund and was told to just wait until the local florist gets there as they are running late. I said no I want a refund and the customer service rep told me I would only get 30% of my $53.00 order back. Finally after 24 minutes of requesting nothing but a full refund I was told b y a supervisor they would refund the full purchase price. This is not my first time using fromyouflowers as previous deliveries were always past the noon deadline.

This is a fraud! They lie to customers. Nothing has been delivered and didn't want to refund the money. This company is located in Connecticut. They fooled the public.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
