Ordered 2 arrangements 1 for each of my daughters. The order in WV was delivery a few hours after ordering. The order in Sumter, SC...didn't make it until the following day! I'm Soo glad that this wasn't a special occasion but I would have been very upset. If you advertise same day delivery then you should deliver the SAME day. If you're having issues with the order and you see it's not gonna make delivery on the same day then you should be respectful enough to give the customer the heads up! After I responded to an email from the company explaining I was upset they did email me a 10.00 gift certificate.

Your service charges are ridiculously high and you never give the prices of these services charges until everything is done and the customer is in the check out process. It's almost like Bait and Switch - you think you are paying one price and at the very end you find out you are paying a much higher price. I will not use you again for that reason.

The 20% savings is 100% misleading when the entire site already shows cut prices before you put in your email. You make it seem like you will get 20% off of the prices that the website shows, which is untrue.

The delivery for my order was extremely fast though, and the flowers in the delux package came out very nice.

Great experience! I was able to order a basket and have it delivered on the same day at a decent price.

The only detail that was weird was I got 2 email notifications stating the basket was delivered at two in the afternoon; however, the recipient didn't receive the basket until after 6:00 pm.

Other than that. Overall great experience!
