The floral arrangement I ordered did not look anything like I ordered, it was supposed to have sunflowers and two other types of flowers. Instead there were only two types of flowers and these cheep looking baby's breaths. These yellow spray type flowers were in place of the sunflowers and just the reddish flowers pictured were the only flowers actually in the bouquet that's it, those were the only flowers in the bouquet. Very unhappy with the arrangement.

I was not satisfied with the flowers that were delivered. They looked nothing like the picture and flowers were traded out for different flowers and/or foliage. I am not likely to ever order again from this place because this has happened in the past. I tried to give it another chance but it did not work out that way. With the amount of money that I paid For this arrangement I would have expected to get exactly what was in the picture or at least have somebody call me with a heads up to let me know that they were going to make some changes. I really loved the arrangement from the picture and that is why I ordered that particular arrangement.

To be honest I was dissapointed with the flowers I had delivered to my grieving friend. I had noticed a comment when I ordered them from another customer that said the Sunflowers weren't in it. Well Mine weren't either, I figured her comment was possibly a fluke. But when you pay almost $60 for a bouquet of flowers, you expect them to be delivered as requested. The only reason I picked that bouquet was for the Sunflowers. Sunflowers are always "happy"! I wanted a simple arrangement of gerberra daisies to begin with but since there was no number to talk to a real person that I could find I ordered that arrangement. I also ordered the medium arrangement, the picture she sent me looked very small. Please respond to my comments. Also still upset about handling fee that you don't know until you check out.
