Had the best prices for flowers and I liked that the vase was included and not an added charge. From what I compared, had the best prices and least fees. Was able to provide quick delivery without charging me a lot of extra money like another site. I was told that the flowers were beautiful although I did not see them myself.
I think that $15 for special handling is WAY TOO HIGH! The flowers are already pretty expensive. I specifically called and asked for the flowers to be delivered in the afternoon and they delivered them in the morning and just left them at the door where anyone could've taken them. Not cool!

Update: The wife loved the flowers! Very nice arrangement and really pretty assortment of blooms. The added chocolates were just ok - sorry to say, but neither of us are a fan of truffles.
I hesitated because of the added fees, but after I was send free same day shipping offer. That sealed the deal. Hopefully the quality of what I sent is good as pictured. And ensure delivery today like the order said. We shall see, if so I will be a returning customer. I checked the delivered product it appeared ok, acceptable amount of flowers, however put together very disorganized which according to the picture seemed to be a much better arrangement placement and form of flowers. Overall seeing that it was a last minute gift and it was delivered very quickly, the outcome is positive. However I'm not certain I would shop here for an advance purchase. And if free shipping was not offered I would not return.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
