I must add a complaint. I would have appreciated an email stating that the bouquet I ordered had been delivered. I had to call the nursing home at 10:30 last night to confirm the delivery. I do not know what the bouquet looked like completed.

The site is amazing and the flower options were great. However, for the amount I paid, the flower arrangement my parents received were already starting to wilt and did not resemble the picture. More comparable to grocery store leftover flowers. I am still thankful for the delivery but am very disappointed in the quality for the amount paid.

The flowers that were delivered were not at all like the flowers that I ordered. I paid extra for the 'premium' arrangement, which should have had a lot more roses & Gerbera daisies and it didn't. There were a lot of lilies (which weren't even supposed to be in the arrangement), and carnations. I'm extrodinarily disappointed & won't use 'from you flowers' again.
The flowers my 92 year old mother received for her birthday did not look anything like the bouquet I picked out and paid for. Very disappointed.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
