Very easy, great selection for next day delivery
I was very disappointed with the quality of the bouquet. It looked like someone just dropped some flowers and greenery into a vase. Something I could have done. Not professional looking at all. The "custom" vase was a disappointment also. All you did was print out the picture and drop it in. I had also ordered 1 Mylar & 5 latex balloons, but apparently only the Mylar went through. Overall a very disappointing experience.
Well the way it was presented to me, was that Shipping / or Delivery was FREE...So I got Boosted for an EXTRA 15.00. Then, the Flowers were not Delivered the day that was intended. Seemed like a very Small Bouquet for the Price of almost 65.00.
It was very hard to change a zip code for the delivery address! I tried many times then reordered and had to eliminate my first order!
This was convenient and easy
Everything was fine and arrived on time! Will always use this as my go to when needing gifts delivered!
The only thing lacking is a number to ask a question, other wise it was great The flowers have arrived they look fine. Looking forward to using you again

Well, the baskets were smaller than i thought they would be and instead of a 'Thinking of You' balloon, it was a plain balloon with 'Thinking of You' handwritten with a marker and you couldnt even see it. Kinda cheesy. Ordering was easy and delivery was quick, but the products kinda sucked.
