I received the flowers on time however the flowers that I ordered didn't look as full as the flowers Depicted on the web site. I will say the flowers smelled wonderful and looked pretty but they didn't look like what I had ordered and were smaller than actually picture. Even though I paid extra to have them larger. They did offer to give 30% of purchase price back. Which was great but I would like to have had a refund also on what I paid extra to have them enlarged. Since Tha didn't happen! I even supplied pictures of the flowers I had received to prove it
The services and product was excellent. Only problem i had was there seem to be some hidden fees. So where their was going to be extra for a later deliver but didn't see the 14 + handling charges and the discount was all ready included in the price i was seeing. All and all the final price wasn't bad but i thought there was some hidden fees. But will use again i will know what coming.
I appreciate the free delivery. That's really the main reason I don't usually order, because it's expensive. Both of the recepients stated that the flowers were just beautiful! I am so very happy about that, I will order from this site again.

Painless w/o the added fees. The florist choice of flowers was underwhelming for the price paid. In the future, I will not utilize this option as the flower selection was not worth the $29 I paid.

The flowers were lovely but I was disappointed to see they were nothing like the photo on the order form.
The flowers were supposed to be a rainbow of colors. They showed up with two colors, yellow and purple. I have had so many issues lately with the delivered flowers not matching the online description, and the end product being sub-par to what is expected. This order being the latest frustration. If the exact order isn't available then I would expect a phone call explaining the issue and alternatives provided. But instead of doing the right thing by reaching out to the paying customer, the decision to throw together whatever is available isn't appreciated. The recipient of these sub-par flowers received these for his 79th birthday and it is embarrassing to me that they were so cheaply put together and in a manner that doesn't reflect the price I paid or the quality expected. I've been a customer for many years and have seen a gradual decline in quality that will make me think twice before purchasing again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
