OK, I ordered flower that were supposed to be arranged prior to delivery. This was not what happened, flowers arrived in a box that a 14 year old had try to arrange. After seeing what's was delivered I will not order from you again. What arrived was not what was pictured on your web site. Very disappointed.
Easy ordering and great delivery service. The advertised price doesn't say there will be another $15-20 added to the original price for tax and delivery, however. A little misleading...
