The website said it would be an arrangement from a florist but the photo my brother sent me looked like loose flowers that my mom had to arrange. And they look like a bunch of flowers you can buy at the grocery store. Not impressed or satisfied. This is the second time in a month I have used your service and not been pleased.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
