Love the same day delivery option and a good selection but I think the regular service fee is a bit high. I had 2 orders going to different places. 1 order was there within 3 hours even though I did not select guaranteed 4 hr delivery. Also, when the delivery guy was there he called because no one was home at the time and due to the cold weather didn't want to leave it outside. We found out someone would be home with 5 min and he waited till they arrived. The other one I am not sure when it showed up all I know it it was close to the latest time promised. No call from driver and the flowers were dropped outside with weather conditions the same. So there is a difference in who delivers the flowers.

I needed a same day flower delivery and fromyouflowers in 5 hours from my ordering time.
Everything was great until you see that there is a $15 shipping/handling fee. A bit much!

I ordered the arrangement because I thought it would last a long time & it looked beautiful so I purchased the next price up but a few roses were added instead of the bouquet getting larger and the bouquet DID NOT LAST LONGER because roses do not increase the longevity of the bouquet
The delivery was at a vrong adress and late 2 days.Diferent flowers were delivere as we ordered and the flowers were wilted.The baloon was very litle.You distroid our surprise and you cheated our trust.You are not a company to recomand someone else.

Was disappointed in the appearances of the arrangements. They weren't the dimensions given, smaller, and not as many flowers as listed (a lot of fillers).
Two things...
1. The arrangement my friend in the hospital received did not look even close to what was pictured on your website. I was disappointed and will not be ordering from your company again.
2. A $14.99 fee was added on to my bill for services and handling which was not clearly noticeable on your website. Needless to say i was very surprised being charged $53 for an arrangement listed as $32. If i saw that somewhere on the website it would've been my choice to still purchase and not a surprise. In all honesty, i did not appreciate the surprise.
