Flowers and arrangement were very nice, but very small.

The flowers were advertised for $39.99 and the final order was $59.00 which included shipping and a $14.00 service fee that showed up just before the final button-press to make the purchase. In addition to that they wanted another fee to guarantee delivery to a business before 5pm. The delivery was to Rochester NY and the flowers shipped 24 hours earlier from New Jersey to Philadelphia to Buffalo and then to Rochester in a box in the back of a truck. I can't think of a single reason to use their services again.
Very good experience from ordering to receiving the flowers. My mother was very happy with the bouquet she received and liked the vase as well. I spoke to her today, a week later, and she said they have lasted until today, so they must have been very fresh on delivery. But she was surprised not to find the name of a florist on the bouquet. She asked me where I got them from, since there was no name listed on the card that came with the flowers.

I wish I had known about the high "handling fee" prior to entering my credit card information. Too many extra charges - especially charging for a vase when it is shown in the picture with the price underneath it.
For my mom's birthday, I sprung for the premium version of my bouquet. The delivery was prompt, which I appreciate for same day service. I had selected a bouquet with lots of orange lilies and roses and purple (wildflowers?), but the lilies delivered were still mainly closed, so the overall impact of the bouquet seemed diminished. Perhaps the arrangers included those because of the same day service, but it would have been nice to send my mom a bit more color. I would still shop at flowerstoyou, but would perhaps be more cautious about the type of bouquet selected.
