Received an e-mail at 5 PM on delivery date stating "flowers unable to be delivered" with no explanation of why. Flowers were delivered 2 days later & I received a refund of the $2.99 "day of" delivery fee.
I will stick to FTD or 1-800-Flowers next time.

Requested a " BROTHER " banner Could barely see it. 1/3 the size of others and all curled up

The picture showed roses but what arrived didn't have any
Flowers not delivered until 11pm. Just left on the porch. No knock probably because of embarassment. Flowers too late for party!
The process was quick and easy to select the product I was looking for and to check out!
The deliver was left on the doorstep in such a way that it knocked over and the flowers came out of the vase. I had hoped it would have been left in a box to help it be secure.
