I started my order, but my credit card info didn't auto fill, so I delayed a little while to go get my credit card and in the meantime, my order disappeared and I had to re-enter everything. Also, couldn't figure out where to enter the coupon code, so had to just proceed without a coupon, so the order cost more than I intended.

I paid extra to have same day delivery then at the end of the day an email was sent stating that the same day delivery couldn't happen even though I ordered in the morning. No BIGGIE...They said they would be delivered the next day...PERFECT...WELL THEY WERE NOT! 2 days later my friend got her get well flowers after her car accident...I was HIGHLY disappointed and will not be ordering from you again.
