The overall product choices are abundant and the quality is excellent as is the delivery time. The reason for my poor rating is that they need to add billing addresss to other countries aside from the US. I live in Canada and was not able to pay with my Canadian credit card. It was difficult to find someone else in the states to help me with the payment and then have to transfer them money.
The recipient sent me a photo of the arrangement. I spent a lot of time picking out an arrangement with a lot of pink and the arrangement sent was not predominantly pink. If you really can't match what your selections are don't waste my time. Just have me indicate color selection and designate designer's choice.
I've used fromyouflowers.com for years and have been very satisfied with both the quality of the products delivered and the customer service. This time, however, the arrangement that I sent as a birthday gift for our daughter in law was lovely, but didn't include sunflowers as the photo showed...I selected this particular item because she loves sunflowers, so was quite disappointed that they were not included.

On time and excellent quality
I placed my order on the morning of Friday the 20th and had a delivery date of Friday the 20th. However I did not receive my order on Friday nor did I get an email stating that my order could not deliver on Friday. Had I got a notification I could have ordered from another company because I needed this arrangement for my granddaughter's piano recital. The arrangement was going to deliver on Saturday without even notifying me had I not called to see what had happened to my order. No one was going to be home on that Saturday and your customer service lady suggested that they put the arrangement on the porch! Of course, you can't deliver an fresh flower arrangement and leave on a porch when no one will be home all day! Had to schedule for Monday morning with a delivery time of 10:00am but the arrangement finally was received at 2:45PM just as my daughter was leaving to pick up the children from school! Had to call 2 times on Monday to assure the arrangement would arrive before she had to leave. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE FOR ME!
Hard to figure why I would order from a place on the east coast just to have a local shop do all the work. I'll order locally from the source next time...

The order was to arrive before 5pm.
Our office got a phone call at 530pm stating that the delivery wouldn't be there until 645pm.
A coworker was still at work and arranged with the delivery driver to deliver the gift to his home near by as he was leaving work and couldn't wait. I'm not sure what would have happened if it weren't for my coworker being helpful.
I will never order anything same day again but given the $15 gift card and 5% discount I have ordered a mothers day delivery and I hope that goes well!
I know this isn't the fault of from you flowers but their contracted vendors should not commit to orders if they cannot make the time constraints.
Sent these to my mother in law for her birthday and ended up seeing her that evening so got to see the flowers. The arrangement was a lot smaller in person--it looked to be more greenery than flowers. She loved it and said the buds just have to open. But if there was an upgrade option how there are on some of the other arrangements, I would have selected that.

Pricing was good until I got to the point of handling fee I think you should word it delivery charge. The discount well the amount shown at the beginning was $39.99 then you lock in 20% discount which I did not get. I am just a little confused when it comes to the breakdown. Also you should let your customer know when they place the order that the flowers would be shipped UPS and that you actually are not a local florist

I will be going there tomorrow and will rate on Google and Yelp once I have seen the flowers. The experience thus far has been a positive one.
**My flowers, ordered from the same day delivery selection, were not delivered until the next afternoon. I had ordered them so my mother would have them before her surgery. The arrangement, if you can call it that, was tiny and skimpy and did NOT look like the one shown on the website. At all! I have pictures of both. I will never, ever use this site again nor would I use the florist. I will advise anyone I know not to use either. Huge, embarrassing disappointment.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
