All good, just received a picture and didn't look as nice as what I thought I ordered for the price, that's all. Fees a little steep.

Nothing short of great
I paid for deluxe and I received small/regular bouquet. The flowers were not as the picture indicated which under the deluxe description that by choosing deluxe the bouquet would be bigger and very similar to what I picked. NOT AT ALL! Very very disappointed! This was suppose to be a gift for my mom. I did not get what I paid for and I will not recommend this place. Very disappointed.

The $14.99 service fee is steep and charged on both sets of flowers delivered to the same location! Additionally, the fee wasn't mentioned until check out, so my $32 flowers arrangement was really $47. Just say it upfront! Even airlines include all the fees in the fares, so customers knows their costs while selecting flights.
3rd time I've ordered from this service and the arrangement was awful! It looked as though the florist took a handful of old flowers and shoved them in a vase. The roses were brown on the edges and wilting and the carnations looked several days old.
The first time I ordered, the arrangement was beautiful! The second time it was beautiful just not the size I ordered. I won't order again!
The flowering plant delivered had almost no flowers and was in a totally different style of pot. It was multicolored and polka dotted regular pot, not a nice, wood slat painted, understated basket-type pot. I would never have chosen it if I knew that tacky thing was what was going to arrive with only one bloom limply hanging off the side. It also arrived with no notifications to anyone, myself or the recipient, so it sat outside for a full day, as no one thought to go look on the porch. That made it even more saggy and sad.

Your scheduling system needs an overhaul. Order was supposed to deliver same day, but instead your calendar system schedule for 20 days in the future. Not exactly happy with that. However, your customer service is impeccable.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
