The only thing I can say about the flowers themselves, is that I know the neighbor I sent them to did receive them. I have no idea what they arrived like or how they looked. I am assuming they were ok. Would have been nice if one of the family members had let me know they were received and if the lady I sent them to liked them.

An email confirmation that the flowers were delivered would be nice as it was not being delivered to me so I didn't even know if the flowers were even delivered or not. I had to call the funeral home and my niece.
Thought that the flowers should have been delivered a little earlier than the end of day, since it was being delivered to a business. Other hand that everything was fine.

I chose this site because i got a better deal than any other site.
I asked for same day delivery. Got confirmation that arrangement was delivered, it wasn't. It arrived the next day. I was reimbursed about $5. Not impressed...they were for someone who had major surgery that day...next time I'll look for someone with guarantee.
Had plenty of options to choose from
I chose this company because they advertised a guaranteed delivery within 4 hours... two days later my recipient received her flowers... I was really happy with the customer service agents I dealt with, not so much the continued 'errors' and 'mix ups'. I was refunded 2.99 same delivery to make it right. Not sure I feel this was the best they could have done.
Not sure that Fromyouflowers will be my first choice in the future for speedy deliveries.
Delivery took longer than I hoped for
It would have been nice to know there was an additional $15 "handling fee" before going through everything and seeing it at the end.
I ordered all yellow flowers in the yellow mug and it came with yellow and red flowers.
Thank you for delivering more but it was half the size of the first one.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
