The flower bouquet that was delivered to my mother for her birthday was a poor representation of the full bouquet images on the website. I paid over 70 dollars for a bouquet equivalent to a $5 bouquet from Walmart. I was very disappointed.

It was a detail fow a baby arrival... and it was schedule to arrive once the family came back from the hospital... but:
First they arrived earlier than what agreed... but we could live with this. But second... it looks NOTHING LIKE the picture!

Delivery was listed to have been delivered at 3:51 P.M. at the front door. That was not the case and we had to search our neighbors house and found the delivery at the front gate next to a roadway where anyone could have picked them up.
Every delivery service has our gate code but if the message would have been correct we could have made sure delivery was on time and correct.
