Other than the fact that you can only have one discount ( free shipping OR 25% off) I love the site. As I have ordered several times, I know the flowers will be delivered on the day requested. Lots of choices.

Great selection, a little upset about the surprise handling fee of $15 at the end. After spending forever picking just the right thing to send you hate to not order at that point. I guess they count on that. The field for the address to deliver to was way too small and I had to shorten my daughter's address and just pray the delivery driver got it right. Since that's the most important information in the whole process I find that very upsetting. The order did get delivered on time so that was good. The driver did have to call for help on the directions. If there were more room in the address space online that probably wouldn't have been necessary. Overall the product was good and was delivered on time. A little pricey but since I was ordering at the last minute I didn't have time to shop around. Plus it was a Sunday delivery so I expected to pay extra.
