Ordered 6:30am CDT for a same day delivery in New York. Had trouble with address and finding a florist so delivery was 2 days late. Customer service reps were all very pleasant.

Flowers were beautiful. The only thing was the birthday balloon. You advertised one with colorful happy birthday, instead a happy birthday pug balloon was received. Flowers picked were the Rose & Lily for an older lady, the pug balloon took away the classy look of the flowers.( Glad she has a good sense of humor!)

Your prices are pretty good, however the $15 service fee then tax makes the order quite expensive in the end...

I wish there was a notes area that I could say "do not put lilies in the arrangement as a substitute due to a cat at the location and lilies being poisonous to cats - I purposefully chose an arrangement without lilies because of this." From after delivery: The flowers arrived in the evening and my daughter sent us a picture. They are lovely. They also have LILIES as a substitute! I explained to my daughter which ones were lilies so she could pull them out so her cat would not chew them and go into kidney failure. She is going to take the flowers to her office tomorrow so they are away from the cat. Other than the lilies the arrangement is as expected and lovely.

I was a little dismayed about the fact that this delivery did not arrive until after 6:30PM. My understanding was that this gift would arrive by 5PM--and I would have had it delivered the day before if I had known differently. While the service rep was fairly courteous when I called, he didn't make much attempt to understand my distress, claiming that this policy is made clear on the website, which it is not. As this was for my sister's birthday, I would have chosen other options, because I knew she had plans in the evening and would be gone after 5PM. It's not great when a delivery is left on a doorstep, period. I'm concerned that no one texted or phoned her cell or to see if she would be home--or where it would be best delivered if she were gone. In addition, I received an email at 9:10 this morning that the delivery had actually been made, but it arrived a full nine hours later. This is misleading and confusing. However, I do understand that this is covid and all's well that ends well.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
