I was shocked to see a $14.99 handling fee added to bill at the very last screen. Very deceptive. I have no idea what that's for and no where in the process did I see any mention of that extra $15 being added. The only reason I went with the order was because I waited last minute to get flowers for my mother's bday. I will likely go back to the other company that I used. I was excited to use your company for the first time until the final payment screen. Hopefully the will be no issues with the product and actual delivery.
The flower arrangement that was sent to the funeral home was very tiny and sparce. For roughly $60 I got a like 2 flowers and some greenery. I was very, very disappointed to say the least! I will never ever place an order thru your website... It was nothing like what was pictured on the website, very deceiving! Sorry but I was very, very, very unhappy :(

Easy to order, I can only repeat that the recipient was thrilled by her gift. I'm hoping the flowers were as lovely as depicted on line. My choice was a bit more then anticipated. Charges should be mentioned before order placed.
