Excellent and easy
When the flowers I ordered were not delivered, I called Customer Service and they got in touch with the florist. The florist reported that there was a mix-up the day they were to be delivered, but they were in the process of getting the order out. I inquired a few hours later and the flowers had been delivered. I have always received excellent service from this company and I can understand that mix-ups happen.

I would not order from you again -per the tracking the flowers were in Great Falls at 8am and were not delivered until 6pm. They stayed home all day waiting for them. The delivery guy rang the door bell and litterly ran to his truck. My son and daughter in law are Military and we dont get to see my Granddaughter as it is and to have this happen on her special 16th birthday was very disappointing. When she opened the box and took out the roses a few were already turning brown. Not fresh flowers at all. This experience was a disappointment.
The website was user friendly! I paid for same day delivery fee but a family member said it wasn't delivered, however I did receive an email stating this later in the day and I was given a refund for 'same day delivery' which was appreciated. The flowers I ordered did not look as good the picture advertised but was still nice and it put a smile on my mother-in-law's Face who was in the hospital. The bouquet was also much smaller than it looked on the website! The service was great but I probably won't order through them again I felt the price was to much for what was received.
Shopping was easy, but I have to wait to see the end product before deciding if I'd recommend or use again. The person receiving the flowers was absolutely thrilled. The picture she sent showed the roses were absolutely beautiful and fit in very well with the overall arrangement.
What I ordered did not match online picture very well
The order did not arrive at my friend's house yesterday but did come today so all is well. I wonder where it went yesterday? My friend loves her flowers so again, all is well.
What was in the picture didn't quite match what my girlfriend received other then that was pretty decent

The picture of the arrangement on the website was quite a bit more substantial than the arrangement that was delivered. I don't agree with the description of "slightly smaller presentation"
Simple, easy, and beautiful.
The prices changed considerably from what I selected to the final check out. For example, I chose a bouquet that was $31.99, but at checkout it was $45.99. The other one I chose had a similar increase.
For the price, there could of been a few more balloons, but overall I was satisfied and would purchase again.
It wasn't user friendly. And couldn't believe there was no free shipping with what I spent. Delivery time was on time and flowers looked very nice.
