Called morning of delivery to ask that flowers be delivered after 4 pm as recipients were not home in the afternoon. However, flowers were delivered at 2:30 and left on the porch in 80 degree weather. Flowers a bit wilted and balloon was deflated. Very disappointed.

I am very disappointed with the bouquet of flowers I received. I ordered the deluxe and it appears I got the extreme basic. The bouquet I ordered appears full online. I received 7 yellow roses, 2 light pink carnations, 7 weak looking dark pink carnations and a few purple flowers. I will send the company pictures of what I received.

Great prices and convenient last minute delivery
The fruit basket was a gift for a friend across country. It was delivered on the day scheduled, but no one was home so the delivery person left it on the front door step. My friend did not discover the package until the following morning because they don't usually use that entrance. I had provided your company with my own phone number, but no one called or I would have suggested a more likely to be seen spot to leave the package. However, I'm trying again with an order for flowers to be delivered to my sister on her birthday next week.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
