Very user friendly website. I appreciated the ease in which I could place my order. It was also a "last minute " gift and you were able to accommodate me.
However the bouquet was not nearly as full and colorful as the photo. It was just less flowers and not nearly as vibrant colors. It was a bit of a disappointment.
But they did get them out same day.
I like the fact that I could use my paypal account.

I ordered the premium arrangement and I'm lucky if I got this standard size or regular size arrangement. The blooms for pretty sparse and the arrangement looks like it was probably 3 days old or more. I don't think I'll shop here again

I order flowers for my sister on her birthday May 4. I am not happy with the service because I called customer service and told them to please deliver by 3:00. I did not receive a call about the weather was bad and the second time I called Ms. Ven was not nice to me. I will not order anymore items from this company because today was suppose to be a special day for my sister and receiving her flowers late did not set well with me. I hope in the future no one else will be disappointed like me.
