DONT EVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE IT IS A COMPLETE FRAUD. DELIVERED SOME DRY DEAD FLOWERS THAT DIDNT LOOK ANYTHING LIKE THE PICTURE ON LINE. CALLED SEVERAL TIMES THEY GAVE ME THE RUNAROUND AND TO DESPITE THE FACT THEY DO NOT WANT TO REFUND MY MONEY!
Didn't look like want I ordered.
I ordered 6 bouquets and after I completed the order I decided to do a review search on fromyouflowers.com Which I usually research everything BEFORE I buy. But being I needed them for a memorial and quickly I just ordered. After reading the reviews I did not find one good thing said about them and quickly made me nervous for I spent a lot of money on these arrangements! However they came when the were suppose to and all of them were very beautiful and close to if not exactly what I ordered. I am very pleased with all the arrangements and would definitely order from them again. Thank you from you flowers for making this hard time a little easier.
The flower arrangement doesn't look like the picture I ordered from. The picture on the website made it look like a cake made out of flowers and the picture also included candles. The arrangement, although very pretty, looked different and didn't include candles, thus making it look like a regular flower arrangement instead of what I was aiming for. I liked the flower cake because it was different, but the arrangement did not look at all like a cake.
Flowers arrived on time, family said they're lovely!

Yesterday delivery was a day late.
The shopping experience was fine. The flowers were nice but definitely not in the color that I wanted. I do understand that certain flowers and colors of flowers are seasonal. I wanted orange and got yellow but still beautiful arrangement.
I was very with regards to the delivery expectation. They promised same day delivery, but the order was not delivered until the next day. This is the second time I have had a problem with delivery..
The presentation is not good (they looked crammed in together) and it was missing the balloon we ordered with it.
The flowers were sent to someone in a nursing home. I wasn't able to actually see the bouquet but the person who received them said they're beautiful so I'm pleased.

I selected same day delivery for Wednesday and was notified later that delivery couldn't be made until the next day and I would receive a refund of delivery fee of $2.99. I should at least be refunded half the sale. The delivery actually was made to the business the next day but the person designated to received them was scheduled to be at a conference. Thus she didn't receive them until Friday.
