The flowers that were delivered to my sister were in no way what the photo on the website showed. It appears from a photo that my sister sent of the flowers that were delivered that there were maybe two roses, carnations - not on the photo on the website - and lots of what appear to be fresias, I could be wrong about the name of those flowers. I was expecting there to be at least 4, if not 6, roses plus other fillers. I have ordered in the past and been pleased, not so this time.
Some of the recipients are allergic to nuts, dairy, gluten and soy. So, we are hoping that a package of fruits and snacks will be safe, but we are concerned about the snacks.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
