I have used you several times and the actual delivers had some issued. Your customer service was understanding and did compensated me with future credits. The credits are nice but because my limited income buying flower gifts isn't something I do on a wim and credits don't get used. I hope this floral gift goes without issue.

My order was supposed to be delivered same day. It was not. When I called your services center they argued stating it was not a same day delivery. The $2.99 was refund will not take away the fact that my flowers were not delivered on her birthday. I will not use this service again
Was happy w/ everything. The only thing was that they delivered one day after my daughter's BD.
Came at 1:30pm no one was home so they delivered the next day. I feel that they could of returned. But, after talking the florist, she up-graded the flowers. My daughter was very happy w/them. My granddaughter took a pic. And send it to me. They were beautiful!
