When purchasing a bouquet@ $39.99 with a $10.00 coupon would expect somewhere in the neighborhood of $30.00 for the purchase. Service fees, delivery fees, additional fees, brought the total to $50.00

The flowers the florist choose was a little disappointing. I would have hoped for a more cheery colors. This was for a surgery get well occasion delivered to the hospital and the florist chooses red dark roses. It looked more like an arrangement for an anniversary.
Very disappointed with the flowers. Tulips were small and already dying.
I had an issue with the color and size of my flowers when I received my order. I called customer service and the florist that prepared the order and together we resolved the issue. I ended up with 3 beautiful arrangements that I was proud to present as a gift.

Another very good experience using fromyouflowers! Only one small exception this time...the colors of the roses were not what I thought they would be, but they were still beautiful and my recipient loved them! This is the only site I use to have flowers delivered and I will most definitely continue to use them! Thanks a bunch!
I still feel the shipping cost is expensive
This site had the best looking floral arrangements for the price but the shipping charge should be discussed upfront. Further, my order looked great and very full but came with flowers that I was not expecting. It had lilies and roses that I was not anticipating instead of the flowers that were listed.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
