It was easy, we will see when she gets her delivery how well the service was. She called to let me know that she got it but I don't know how it is yet we're 1500 miles apart. She is in a nursing home and had an emergency so I'll have to wait till she gets done but she did receive it okay

Flowers were left on the front door step,door has a sign that says please use side door. Flowers weren't found till noon today so they sat outside all night.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
