It was an amazing experience I live in Sacramento California and she lives in San Diego California and they got shipped the day that I wanted them it was perfect it was a gift for my mom for Mother's Day and she love them thank you so much and I will definitely be shopping for flowers here again!

The flowers were very wilted, the balloon was a tiny balloon on a stick, not like the picture. They did give more flowers and the colors were pretty... I hope the flowers perk up.

Didn't like the surprise $14.99 delivery and the subsequent email offering free delivery. Don't like unnecessary add-on charges then removal tactic. Makes your company look shifty and dishonest. If there is a delivery charge, say so from the start.
UPDATE: FLOWERS ARRIVED AT 6;15 PM AFTER BEING IN A HOT TRUCK ALL DAY AND WAS SENT A PICTURE THAT SHOWS COMPLETELY OPENED ROSES WITH CURLED WILTED PEDALS. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. EITHER SEND ANOTHER ORDER RIGHT AWAY OR REFUND MY PURCHASE!
This order was a gift for my mother who lives in an assisted living center. The flowers were delivered on time and she said the lilies were beautiful however the box of godiva chocolates were not secured so the chocolates were loose all over the bottom of the flower box. Needless to say she didn't get to enjoy them.

Easy enough to order on line, however, the bouquet of flowers shown on your advertisement, looked larger than what was received. I was disappointed in the value for the price.
The vase that was provided with the arrangement was not as pictured. It was a straight cylinder instead of the rounded vase with a neck to it. The flowers were not as attractive in the cylindrical vase, and I was disappointed.
I ordered the "Exclusive Pink Rose Arrangement". I was a little disappointed because it didn't look as nice as it should for the price I paid. I understand that the delivered product may not look exactly like the picture on the website, and the flowers were pretty, but the arrangement looked messy.
I liked the manicured look in the picture, but the final product looked more like someone had just picked the flowers and stuck them in a vase, and did not trim the leaves or anything. I was hoping they would look more formal, as they did in the picture. Because of this, next time I will probably try a different service just to see if there's a difference.
