When it was getflowers.com shipping was free I was directed to this company because it was free shipping as well only to see I was charged $14.95 shipping.I needed to send them so I really didn't have much choice.

The flowers that were delivered did not match the flowers that I ordered. They were a smaller bouquet than I expected as well since I paid for the middle bouquet.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
