No complaints about their customer service, but thats only because it simply does not exist. That is not an exaggeration... 752 customer complaints on BBB. Just like I'm saying on the title. Ordering flower from this website is a complete gamble.
You have a 50% chance that you will get the flower. And on the other 50%, they will take your money and not give you flower.
Did you not get flowers? Well, that is sad. But don't contact their customer service. Whatever you complain to them, all you get is a copy and pasted messages.
Ordering is easy and all the items have been spot on that I have ordered. Will be using again for sure.
