The delivery of the flowers was late in the afternoon and the flowers were warm. The truck was hot and the flowers were limp. I hope that putting them in water and using the enclosed flower food will revive them. The tracking notes said that the flowers left the UPS station at 9:30 A.M., but they were not delivered until 1:30 P.M.
Also, one of the stems of the irises was completely broken and unusable.
I am sure that this is not typical of For You Flowers, but if the flowers do not perk up, it will be a sad disply for Mother's Day.

I was disappointed with the quality/look of the flowers when they arrived and was mortified to discover that FYF puts advertising products in the box with the flowers and I sent flowers to really important people who I don't want to turn off with the company's "sales agenda". I probably will not be buying flowers from FYF again.

I ordered an arrangement that very specifically had mums included in it. Zero mums arrived in the arrangement. The picture of the arrangement changes with the cost to show as you upgrade the arrangement gets fuller. The picture I received of the arrangement that actually was delivered did not come close to the picture on your website. It showed large pink tulips, pink and green mums and daisies. The only part that stayed true to the picture were the daisies. This is not acceptable. The look of the arrangement was more the size of your lowest level arrangement. I paid for the mid size.
I will not be ordering from your company again. Very disappointed.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
