Went to there web site in hope of sending flowers for Mother's Day to Phoenix and Colorado Springs, not out of the way places. I knew there was not much time but their site still showed a large selection and even suggested sameday delivery. After giving them my new email address at the risk of many future ads and offers, there system said the best they could do was delivery the following Tuesday. Try multiple arrangements... same late delivery. Called their customer service line... same answer. If they can't deliver, they need to take it off their website!

I expected more flowers and less greenery/filler for the price I paid. I've ordered this before and it was a lot better. I am disappointed.
Absolutely awful. Some flowers were brown around the edges. The color was not as represented and they never fully looked fresh or alive. The candy was melted to one side of the box and inedible. Sad, sad Gift for my Mom on Mother's Day. I am so embarrassed.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
