Great product just disliked the handling shipping amount
The arrangement I ordered was not what I received. The arrangement looks like a new moon, what I got was a sloppy thrown together, no form whatsoever mess. The flowers in the mess were pretty but the thing looked like an inexperienced florist had put it together.
I buy a lot of flowers throughout the year, so this won't stop me but I will probably stick to the simpler arrangements in the future.
I need a shorter message space and a longer signature space--previous experience with that led me to reverse those items!

It is for this reason, that I am not likely to order from your site again. Would you consider delivering a supplementary bouquet (maybe something fragrant or seasonal to the same address?

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
