Great product just disliked the handling shipping amount
The arrangement I ordered was not what I received. The arrangement looks like a new moon, what I got was a sloppy thrown together, no form whatsoever mess. The flowers in the mess were pretty but the thing looked like an inexperienced florist had put it together.
I buy a lot of flowers throughout the year, so this won't stop me but I will probably stick to the simpler arrangements in the future.
I need a shorter message space and a longer signature space--previous experience with that led me to reverse those items!
Recipients were very pleased with their arrangements.
Overall quality was terrible... had to peel off the outer dying petals on all flowers... one bud was broken off.
My daughter loved the various colored roses, so cheerful, and the discounted price allowed me to add a special vase! She said they made her day!

I paid extra for the larger bouquet, however, what was shown on the internet was much fuller & more beautiful than what was delivered to my mom for her Mother's Day bouquet. I'm very satisfied with the timeliness of the delivery and the order process. I am not however satisfied with the end product. It does not appear to have any more flowers or a nicer case. It is for this reason, that I am not likely to order from your site again. Would you consider delivering a supplementary bouquet (maybe something fragrant or seasonal to the same address?
