Great site and easy to navigate. The handling fee seems excessive and wiped out the Restaurant.com certificate. Hopefully delivery goes perfect and on time with those fees.

Delivery did go very well. The fees are still really high, but the flowers and arrangements were excellent quality.

Flowers arrived mostly wilted and half dead, the lilies had lost most of their petals due to lack of water in shipping box. The price was very reasonable but what's a reasonable price for a half dead bunch of flowers?

Our first delivery to Greenvalley Arizona resulted in the flowers being brown and wilted. After my mother-in-law calling the delivery facility they agreed to bring new flowers. My question is why were they ever delivered.

Our second delivery to Kingman Arizona was a joke. My mother was home and the delivery person never made an attempt to ring the doorbell or knock on the door. After my call at 8 o'clock at night to say hello she was asked to check the front door where she found the flowers. She said that they were OK.

We paid a very good price for these flowers and for our mothers to say that they are OK it's not OK with me. Despite the fact that the first flowers are being re-delivered and the second set I'm not sure what we can do because my mother is very simple and does not make comments of unsatisfactory service. I feel that a refund partial or full is in order.

The bouquet that my mother received was much larger and more beautiful than the image conveyed when I ordered. My mother commented that they were the freshest roses that she had ever received. My mother stated that when she trimmed the ends to place the bouquet in water that not a single leaf or petal fell off. Thank you, thank you for helping me bring joy, love, and appreciation to my mom for Mother's Day across the miles! I will always use fromyouflowers.com from now on.

I have been getting flowers for my mom on mothers day. She lives in another state and loves them. They always arrive the day I picked the only thing is it's always at the end of the day. But it works and they look like fresh picked flowers. She actually thought I had them send from her local florist.
