I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mother to celebrate Mother's Day. I was upset that the bouquet was not even close to what I ordered and or paid for. I hope in the future customers get what they pay for, it's very upsetting when you are expecting a certain order.

The flowering plant we ordered on the easy to navigate "fromyouflowers.com" website was delivered on the day we requested and it was exactly what was represented on their website. Our Mother was thrilled! I had included my husbands email to send the plant care & planting instructions by mistake instead of our mothers email address, however after I contacted the customer service department, they emailed our Mother the instructions also. After spending hours searching for the nicest and least expensive Mothers Day gift I will only use FromYouFlowers for all my future flower gifts to our mother in Staten Island. Thank you!
Quick fast and easy to navigate. The product did not look close to what I thought I was buying. I wanted big and full and it was not to my satisfaction for the amount I paid for.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
