What I ordered and paid for, and what was received was so completely opposite (and frankly atrocious) I barely have words. Literally NONE of the flowers that were in the bouquet were represented from my original order, and it was so haphazardly thrown together, I'm embarrassed it has my name on it. My young child could have picked flowers from our yard and arranged them in a nicer and more beautiful fashion. It was for my Mom who lives hundreds of miles away, and I'd hoped to give her something beautiful for Mother's Day. I went from being very excited about your company, to extremely upset very quickly.

The flower arrangement was NOTHING like the flowers I ordered from the site. Not the same type of flowers, small arrangement, and flowers were wilting already. They were delivered timely, but very disappointed in product and appearance. Your site had "great reviews" but didn't deliver. I'm very disappointed.
