This was a gift. I was sent a photo of the flowers received. I was disappointed to see that only inexpensive flowered like carnations and daisies were used in the bouquet. Though I ordered a 'florists choice' bouquet to get better value, I expected better value, ie: better flowers for the lower price, not lesser flowers for a lesser price!
The Plants seem dried out hopefully with some water and time the will respond

1st time with this company so am VERY concerned about the quality of the plant being delivered. The bonsai plant came with a tray, rocks and specific watering info for bonsai plants - which was not indicated in the list of what was included...so very pleased. I did see a photo of the plant. It had lots of buds but no blooms...so kind of discouraging. But with patience it should be covered in flowers. It seemed a but pricey for just a green plant, but maybe once I see the flowers I will feel differently. It arrived when you said it would...thank you!

I spent one hour with customer service today without any solution. Very disappointed. The present my Mon received was ugly and not well done. When I decide to sent flowers to her, I did it thinking that she will get a beautiful arrangement. She received a box, a jar and she has to put every thin in place. The flowers look like when you go to the street and buy for $ 10.00 and put in any base. Very disappointed.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
