I can't understand why I ordered two of the same bouquet, at the same time, but I was charged different amounts. I had to call customer service and they did take care of this for me, but there was no good explanation.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
