Flowers were delivered nice and early on Mother's Day. A little disappointed that for paying for an upgraded Deluxe arrangement it looked much smaller than the standard picture and what I was expecting to be delivered. But other than that, the recipient was very happy with it.

The only problem was trying to send certain kind of flowers to a zip code you do not offer. I thought you offered plain vases free.
I have used Pro Flowers in the past and have had some issues, but the company is very good about sending out a new bouquet if you are not satisfied. Thank you / Once again we had issues with the flowers delivered, my mother was not impressed. The bouquet was orange in color and flowers were not bad, but it contained fake/ artificial orange fall leaves, the picture i ordered from did not have those and i would have never ordered it if it did, as it is summer and not fall. I am very frustrated as i am spending my Mother's day sending you this comment. Please resend her some beautiful orange summer type flowers not containing anything fake/artificial - please use a different local florist as i do not have much faith left in the current one used.
