You never provided me with a tracking number which leaves me to believe that that you felt the need to limit the amount of inquiries on your system on this high volume day. The flowers did show up but I still have my suspicions.
I ordered a bouquet for mother's Day and I ordered a deluxe and only got 5 roses and the rest was filled with a bunch of babies breathe. I paid extra for more and I barely got what I paid for. I would not recommend buying from here again if that's the kind of product I receive. Very dissatisfied.

The reason why I stopped ordering was due to the quality of the flowers. I thought I would give it another try but the flowers my mother received were horrible. Just filled with filler flowers (daisy, mums,etc) that were almost dead. While speaking to her on the phone the petals were falling off. Horrible! Never again!

I was looking for a website to order Mother's Day flowers for my mother. The flowers were as beautiful as the picture! Thank you. I will definitely use this company again. Thank you for making my mother's Mother's Day spectacular!
It did not look like what I ordered, and missing flowers in the picture and added horrible different flowers to the bunch. Not enough greenery and looks thrown together. I'm very upset because I also upgraded my flowers and it doesnt look as full as it should be. Delivery was great and quick! But I put my order in 2weeks prior to the deliver to make sure the quality of the flowers.
Confusing to use the credits
Great! Easy to place order online. However, the product didn't reflect the picture on the website that was ordered. Disappointed in the arrangement that was delivered.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
