We have used this site several times now and have never had an issue with either the delivery or the quality.

Not happy, flowers arrived at 2.45 pm on Mother's day despite 12 days in advance ordering and premium for delivery on Mother's Day. Next time I buy direct locally a bigger bouquet for the same or even total lower price and be able to hand it over before afternoon.
Maybe leave a place to leave special delivery instructions. I live out of the country and she works in a big hospital. Thanks

I paid extra for the flowers to be delivered on mothers day! Not the day before mothers day. And I'm very upset that I paid extra for them. NOT to be delivered on mothers day. This flower shop will not be getting more business from me.
