Was send an email for a free ballon and it was not free.
My first time shopping experience could have gone better. I chose to have the Mother's Day Flowers delivered as flex (Saturday, May 12 or Sunday, May 13th). I've received a e-mail stating they were delivered Saturday evening, which would have been fine, if they had been delivered. I had called my mother on Mother's Day to ask, if she received them but she hadn't. I was unhappy not able to surprise my mother with the flowers. The flowers were delivered Sunday, May 12th evening, which is fine but confusion of their e-mail.They were delivered in the vase without any package/cover. The wrong thing, I done is to pick flex on delivery. I should have been precise. The wrong on them, is too soon of e-mail and no protection/packing to the flowers.
Neither of the two Mother's Day orders received by the gift recipients was representative of the pictures on the website. The quality of the flowers was not that great and did not include the advertised flowers and/or colors or ribbons that were shown in the picture. I was hugely disappointed and will not be recommending Fromyouflowers.com website to anyone. This situation needs to be rectified immediately.
The flowers my mom received looked nothing like the bouquet I ordered. I received a notification saying the order has been delivered and she did not receive anything. I called From You Flowers, they called the local florist who said the flowers were being delivered the next day. The flowers look like they were thrown together quickly, as if the order was rushed or forgotten.
Very good company. The flowers are fresh and beautiful. Alot to pick from. This i now MY florist.

My experience was fast and the process was easy to follow. However the delivery was a little late for me. It was about 3:30ish pm.
The flowers looked nothing like the photo. I ordered 3 helium mothers day balloons and only one was delivered and 5 purple helium balloons and only 4 were delivered and it was yellow and pink. The flowers were pretty but it didn't have nearly as many flowers as the biggest bunch that I ordered. Very dissatisfied that I paid for items and they weren't even delivered. I wish I could put the picture of what was delivered compared to the screenshot taken for my order. For the $106 I spent I was better off going thru FTD.
The florist in chantilly was fine.
The Countryside Florist corsage was ok. Stems showing & there was white instead of green stem tape. They were VERY RUDE to the point of threatening me. I would not use them again.
I have ordered from Fromyouflowers before and the flowers always look great.

Not happy, flowers arrived at 2.45 pm on Mother's day despite 12 days in advance ordering and premium for delivery on Mother's Day. Next time I buy direct locally a bigger bouquet for the same or even total lower price and be able to hand it over before afternoon.
Maybe leave a place to leave special delivery instructions. I live out of the country and she works in a big hospital. Thanks

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
