I'm very frustrated by your website. First, I had an email saying I would get a free mylar balloon on select F- products. I searched for F- products and tried several but never got a free balloon.
Next, I hate that you don't show the Service/Handling fee until after I've put in my credit card information.
Last, when the flowers were finally delivered they had a Happy Birthday balloon instead of a Mother's Day balloon like I ordered.

Lovely Flowers, Except The Balloons Deflate On The Same Day Everytime.
I paid extra for my flowers to be delivered on Sunday, Mother's day, and they were delivered on the Saturday before. I'm very irritated that I spent the extra money for no reason
I paid extra for sunday delivery and was delivered on a saturday. Which is fine but two diffrent delivery prices. Once flowers were received they did not look anything like the picture i chose. It was missing flowers, also had flowers added that was not in the picture. Not happy with my purchase at all. I have pictures as well
The flowers ended up riding around in a delivery truck for 10 hours and wilted. One stem was broken, the wife was not satisfied, and suggested I order from a florist locally next time.
The Flowers were in bad shape the leaves were falling off.
IVE USED YALL SEVERAL TIMES AND IF YOU ORDER A BALLON OR BALLONS,YOU CAN FORGET GET IT TO YOUR LOVE ONE BECAUSE THE ONES IVE ORDERED NEVER MAKE. My other complaint is your credit you get built up you can never use it on your PC its always your phone.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
