Very easy and a great price!
The local florist you contracted for my order cheated me greatly on the amount and kind of flowers they used and were sent to the recipients. I understand there may be flower substitutes, but the amount of overall flowers that were missing is awfull. I feel extremely cheated and disappointed and would like to know where the money I spent went. I have sent you an email with pictures of what was actually received. I did not tell my mother or my sister what the bouquets were to look like, only asked them to send me pictures. A $58.98 order (including delivery) looked like maybe a $22.00 to $25.00 order, and the $46.98 order (including delivery) looked like maybe a to $15.00 bouquet from Walmart. Sincerely disappointed. I by flowers from my local florists (not Walmart) all the time, and the items delivered would have cost me $12 - $22 local.

The flowers were shipped dry, so my Mother In Law received dried out, wilting brown roses. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with my experience.

I was SOOOOO embarrassed with the flowers that was sent not only once but twice to my Mom for mothers day! First set of flowers had 3 tiny tea cup roses an anther flower with it. Plus they sent a get well card and balloon o my gosh my mom was so sad it was for Mothers day for heavens sack not sick. So then I called customer service the said there sorry they would take care of and up grade the flowers I had already upgraded them and they looked like crape, so then mom gets another set of flowers 3 tiny teacup roses,carnation and a Lilly and they were already dead looking. I'm not sure who got my moms flowers or if this is just the way this company operates but what a BIG,BIG disappointment with this companies service and lack of caring attitude, I just want a refund a put this night mare behind us!
Very simple. I pick the flowers that I think would be appropriate and put them in my cart. Add the recipients name and address and not on the card. They add the shipping and it's done. Didn't have to go anywhere. Very easy! Never have had a bad experience at all for 3 years. Thank You!

Disappointed. My mother worked Mother's Day till 3 PM and flowers were delivered after 4. She still has not seen them. I ordered 2 weeks in advance...I spent all that money and she isn't enjoying them but the other office staff is. Won't pay to do this again.
