You artificially inflate the price of flowers when you say "FREE" delivery, and the prices continually fluctuate on your web site. The flowers are great quality and nice design but I resent your deceptive promotional ADVERTISING prices. You should also give frequent buyers like myself some kind of discount. It is overall still a good value for the price.

Advertised product came with Balloon. Balloon was a small piece of plastic! Not happy with this. Otherwise flowers were great!
The flowers were wilted and certain colors were limp and folded over when my mother received them. While I do appreciate them calling me once they dropped them off I was highly disappointed and ended up buying flowers locally... I will not be ordering again.

Gives you a email with a credit for 12.19 and when the order is placed with the ORDC code it only give you $10.00. Also not as many choices for zip code *******.
Then I sent am email that stated I found them at a lessor price with a vase and free delivery for 26.98 I lieu of my original order of 38.19. Order # ******* I did not get full credit that I am aware of.
My mom did not get the vase. I am requesting a full refund for the incorrect order and all the confusion on pricing. Several emails are on file.

It was good--site is easy to navigate. I only am not "happy" with the handling fee. I got a discount but the handling fee ate it up, so I don't feel like I saved. Other than that, I'll certainly continue to use the site---and yes, my mom loved her flowers. :)
