Bouquet seemed smaller but still nice
My Mother and Mother-in-law loved the flowers we sent them. They sent pics and the bouquet was beautiful.
When I review my order (last step), I want to have option that I can edit my flower's option right away (for example, picking different stems, adding vase, etc.). I saw option to edit message, address, but not flowers.
Firstly, Flowers that my relatives received were different than the pictures. Secondly, even though I ordered 2 same products, they were totally different too. I guess they were from 2 different stores.
I ordered Sunflowers and paid a little extra for the "premium" or upgraded package (something like that)- and only one sunflower bloomed of the many. The others did not blossom at all, and essentially were dried up and/or shriveled. The funny thing too is that I took the time to follow the instructions to properly place and prepare the flowers for the vase. Anyway, terrible bouquet, not to mention how disappointed my wife was. I have a picture to send should somebody from the company follow up. I will not risk using this company again.
Beautiful flowers
I ordered a specific arrangement in flowers that my MIL loves Bright green, pink and yellow were the colors Mums and roses and a lily in a square vase. The flowers sent were lovely but red and white so that was a bit disappointing.
L would like more discounts for seniors or veterans. Lower shipping and handling fees. Overall great service and products!
Vendors lie and Customer Service is fair at best!
I made an order on 5/14/18 at 1045 am for a same day delivery.
As of 515 pm the order had not been made (deliveries to businesses are supposed to be delivered by 5 pm). At 707 pm I got an Email stating that the delivery had been made. The business closes at 515 pm, so was it just left outside all night? As of 1000 am the next day the delivery still had not been made as I asked my wife if she had received them and she said nothing had been delivered or left.
I called customer service at around 730 pm on 5/14 and advised FromYouFlowers that the order had not been delivered or left, as stated by the Email I received. I was told I would get a $15 gift card and a 20% refund for the entire order made. I got the $15 card and only received a 12% refund. I called FromYouFlowers in the morning again and advised them about this and they tried again to call the vendor (still no answer) and they ended up refunding the entire amount of the order. But this is not about the money, it is about the type of vendors they use and the lies they state. People order flowers for important times in ones lives and to be treated this way from the vendors and the company that chooses these vendors is not good.
I will not or would not recommend FromYouFlowers to anybody as one cannot rely on them to get the job done or believe the information given to you by them about the deliveries of the orders made
Pricing is a little hard to follow at the end, but it all works out in the end.
Flowers were delivered after 7pm on the day I ordered them. One was left outside overnight. We were at that house from 8 am till 6:45pm no clue when they came.
Someone called my phone only spoke Spanish when I said I didn't they hung up on me.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
