Easy site to navigate. Great online options however, recipients never seem to receive the purchased arrangements. What they receive does not even slightly resemble what is depicted in the website photo. We customers pay for premium flowers but receive scraggly unintended flowers. Third time and last time I buy flowers from your company. I have learned my lesson. If you want to make me happy provide me with a full refund from my past two orders and sever ties with florists innyour network. You should only work with quality florists who care.
The vase was broken. The chocolates were melted. Of course it's hot. And there was no food to prolong the life of the roses. The copier picture was cheap for $12.99 more!
However, the roses were beautiful...
Overall, I would order flowers again but not the extras!
